EXHIBITION REGULATIONS

  1. During the exhibition period, exhibits are not allowed to be packed removed in advance. To safeguard the rights of all exhibitors, all items entering or leaving the venue must be declared in accordance with regulations and may only be removed with prior approval from the organizer.

  2. Exhibitors shall not privately transfer, sublet, or merge booths, nor display products under a company name or display products other than those declared at the time of application. In cases where the company name differs from the booth signage, the organizer reserves the right to request supporting documentation. Any violation of the above provisions will result in the cancellation of the exhibitor’s participation rights. Paid fees will not be refunded, and the exhibitor may be prohibited from participating in the next edition of the exhibition.

  3. Exhibitors must only display products that they manufacture, represent, or distribute, and all exhibits must correspond to the product list submitted at the time of application. If the organizer determines that any exhibited items are inconsistent with the exhibition theme, the exhibitor’s participation rights will be revoked. Paid fees will not be refunded, and the exhibitor may be barred from participating in the next edition of the exhibition. Exhibitors shall take full legal responsibility for any counterfeit or infringing works displayed.

  4. Exhibitors are required to wear safety helmets at all times during load-in and load-out, and comply with venue operational regulations. Exhibitors shall be fully liable for any damage caused to venue facilities or neighboring exhibitors’ exhibits due to improper booth construction or installation.

  5. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of personal belongings and valuables during exhibition period and during load-in and load-out. Exhibitors are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against theft and accidental loss. The organizer accepts no liability for the safekeeping of exhibitors’ property.

  6. Exhibitors with 10 booths or more must submit booth design plans for organizer approval within two weeks following the coordination meeting.

  7. In the event of any violations of the exhibition regulations or code of conduct, the organizer may require the exhibitor to rectify the issue within a specified period. If the exhibitor fails to comply within the designated time frame, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the exhibitor’s participation and suspend their exhibit. The exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

  8. During the exhibition period, the organizer shall not be liable for any losses incurred by exhibitors due to natural disasters or force majeure events.

  9. In the event of any matters not covered herein, the organizer reserves the right to amend or adjust these regulations in the best interest of the exhibitors and will duly notify the exhibitors accordingly. Exhibitors shall comply with such amendments or adjustments.

  10. For raw space booths, the organizer will provide only the floor space and a 110V/5A power supply. Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth construction, including basic setup such as carpeting and a company name signage. Partition walls must be installed when the booth adjoins neighboring booths or backs onto open space.

  11. Standard booths are equipped with a 110V/5A power supply and include basic booth construction, consisting of a 3m (L) x 3m (W) 2.5m (H) partition with fascia board, three spotlights, one 110V power outlet, carpeting floor, one reception counter, one chair, and one company name sign. Unused items may not be exchanged for alternative equipment or discounts.
